Our current policy is that membership expires 3 years from the date of registration, or until we make significant changes to the scheme. After this point, we will ask to review your requirements and see proof of your eligibility again. This is because many customers' access requirements will of course change over time, and we want to make sure we hold accurate and up to date information. Please note that TheatreCard membership must be renewed each year.
