If your event has been rescheduled, we will be in touch to confirm that your booking has been transferred to the new date. You will receive new eTickets two weeks prior to your new date.
If you are unable to attend the new date, please Submit a Request and select "Exchange Tickets."
If your event has been cancelled, we will send you a full credit voucher worth the entire value of your original booking. This voucher is valid for at least 12 months and is redeemable on any show at our UK venues. You can use your voucher at ATGtickets.com.
