All complaints will be taken seriously, and we aim to ensure we get in contact with you as soon as possible. Just click Submit a Request and under "how can we help?" select "I would like to make a complaint’, this will make sure your complaint reaches the correct team.
What happens?
- We will acknowledge your correspondence within 5 business days.
- If we need to gather more details from the venues or event organiser, it can take up to 28 days before we send you a full response.
- If it is not possible to resolve your case within this time, we will inform you of what we plan to do and when.
