We will email your gift voucher immediately after purchase. You can forward the voucher email or print the attachment to give to your recipient.
- Usually you’ll receive your voucher straight away, as we send immediately.
- Depending on your email service, sometimes your email might take longer to arrive.
If you have bought a gift voucher and cannot find it, please try these tips:
- Check your email spam, deleted or junk folders.
- Search "atgtickets" or "ATG tickets" in your email search to retrieve all emails from us.
- Make sure the right email address is being used. Vouchers will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.
- You can login to your account to see if your tickets have been purchased, find your order number, and locate information about the date and time of performance you’ve purchased.
If you still cannot find your voucher please Submit a Request and our team will help you.
Please note we will only be able to provide voucher details to the person who made the original purchase, in order to keep your details secure. If you have been given a voucher as a gift, please ask the person who purchased it to contact us.
