If you have requested a refund, please rest assured you will receive a monetary refund from ATG Tickets in the near future. We will be working through refunds chronologically and will confirm by email when your request has been processed.
When you receive confirmation that your ATG refund has been complete, it can take between 7 to 14 business days for the funds to reach your account, depending on your payment/bank provider.
If you still haven't had your ATG Tickets refund:
- Make sure it's been 7 to 14 business days.
- Check your junk emails for an email from us.
- Check whether your payment card has expired or been deactivated.
- Contact your payment/bank provider to check whether there is a pending transaction on your account.
