When you book we’ll send an order confirmation email, with your eTickets attached wherever possible, to the email address registered to your account.
- Emails can take up to 48 hours to arrive, depending on your email service.
- For some events, tickets will be issued 48 hours prior to the show. This will be clearly stated in your confirmation email.
If you can’t find your emails please try these tips:
- You can login to your account to see if your tickets have been purchased, find your order number, and locate information about the date and time of performance you’ve purchased.
- Check your email spam, deleted or junk folders.
- Search "atgtickets" or "ATG tickets" in your email search to retrieve all emails from us.
- Make sure the right email address is being used. eTickets will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.
If you know your order number we can provide replacement tickets. Submit a Request , select “Replacement tickets” and we will resend your eTickets as soon as possible.
