After an order is processed over the phone or website, you'll receive an order confirmation email within 48 hours. It will be sent to the lead booker email address that was supplied during the ticket booking process.

If you have not received an order confirmation email, please follow the below steps:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Be patient: it can take up to 48 hours for an email confirmation to arrive.
- You can login to your account to see if your tickets have been purchased, find your order number, and locate information about the date and time of performance you’ve purchased.
If you know your order number and are sure of the date and time of the tickets you've booked, you don't need an order confirmation email. You'll receive your eTickets by email which is usually sent to the lead booker within 2 weeks prior of the event.
If your tickets don't arrive 7 days before the performance, the order number will be enough to get you replacement tickets. Submit a Request and select replacement tickets and a member of our team will be in touch to help.
